Tanner has worked on our mostly raw property in Polk County three times, and we hope to hire him again as our schedule makes progress towards building a home that has a permaculture garden nearby. He has safely felled trees, excavated stumps, done leveling and grading and removed debris. He makes a schedule that he keeps, shows up on time, makes sure the work and details are right before he leaves, and is very reasonably priced. After a career in heavy civil construction, I am glad he is a resource for this residential build. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I bought 3 aceres that were offset from the road with some rolling slope to it. Tanner was able to transform the property beyond what I saw possible. Now we just lack the final grade. Looking forward to the final stages will update as it gets closer.

Excellent communication and excavation work for our new TN home.

Tanner has completed work on my farm in Sweetwater which consisted of several different jobs. I had two ponds that I wanted drained and filled in. I needed a site leveled to make a pad for a new building. I needed a septic tank and drain field installed. I have found him to do excellent work at a reasonable price. It is evident that he knows how things should be done--and he does it! He does what he says he will do, which is rare these days. He has excellent work ethics and I highly recommend him for your excavation needs. I am extremely pleased with the work that he has done for me and I have more work for him to do in the future, as soon as my building is completed. Tanner is a hard worker and I believe you will be pleased with any work you hire him to do.

I been in the construction industry for over 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone as good at dirt work. His grade work is as perfect as I’ve ever seen. My pad was 100’ x 125” and it was within 1/4 inch of perfect. Will never use anyone else!!!

Tanner and his team have helped us out tremendously and their work is spot on amazing. They graded our new driveway and graveled it all in along with a very nice retaining wall. I would recommend them to anyone.
